The Account Executive (AE) role is the premier Inside Sales role at Files.com. B2B sales experience is required and software experience is strongly preferred.
We also offer an entry-level Sales Development Representative (SDR) position, which may be better suited to some candidates. That position provides the opportunity to grow into an AE over time.
World Class Pay and Benefits
On-Target Earnings for an AE at Files.com is $120,000 per year. Pay is a fixed + variable structure. Earn $30/hour plus an uncapped commission of 10% of the annual contract value (ACV) of anything that you sell.
In-House Training: We will teach you everything you need to know to be an effective AE. And you’ll earn your full rate of pay for all training time.
Sales Organization and Warm Leads: Our marketing team invests heavily in paid online advertising and lead generation to deliver you a steady stream of highly qualified leads who already want the service we offer. And our team of SDRs will quality leads and set appointments for you, so you just show up and sell.

In this role, you will be:
- Selling SaaS subscription packages with an annual contract value (ACV) of $1-20k, with an average ACV of $7k, earning a 10% uncapped commission of 10% of the ACV sold.
- Conducting demos and sales presentations via Zoom and telephone
- Working with Sales Engineers and Customer Success to put together technical solutions to customer needs
- Working with our SDRs to refine the process of lead screening and qualification
