The Partner Channel Home Page is a page in the web interface that only a Partner's own users see. It shows one upload destination for each folder the Partner's users upload into, so they upload without browsing the folder tree. The Home page appears only when it is enabled for the Partner and the Partner has at least one From Partner Folder. It replaces the File Manager as the first page a Partner User sees after signing into the web interface.

Use it for Partners whose users mostly upload files through the web interface, where browsing the folder tree to the right folder is extra work before every upload.

Uploads from Home are written to the same From Partner Folders as uploads made through the File Manager, so the Partner Channel's inferred permissions, its routing, and any downstream Automations work in the same way.

Partner Users who connect through SFTP, FTP, or any interface other than the web interface work in the folder tree, and enabling Home changes nothing for them.

Home is off by default and is enabled per Partner. Site Administrators and Workspace Administrators turn it on with the Partner Channel Home Page setting.

What the Partner Sees

Each upload destination is labeled with the name of the folder it uploads into. A Partner User uploads files or folders by dragging them onto a destination, or by using that destination's Upload Files or Upload Folder button.

Partner Users who need to download from a To Partner Folder or work in the folder tree directly can open the File Manager from the View the Files page link on the Home page.

Which Folders Become Upload Destinations

Which folders get upload destinations depends on whether the Partner Channel uses Managed Folders.

For a Partner Channel with no Managed Folders, Home shows one upload destination for that Partner Channel's From Partner Folder. For a Partner Channel that uses Managed Folder Paths on the From Partner Folder, Home shows one upload destination for each configured path instead.

Within a Partner Channel, a folder that has configured subfolders beneath it does not accept file uploads. When the From Partner Folder has Managed Folder Paths configured, it has no upload destination of its own, and neither does any Managed Folder Path that contains another.

For example, a Partner Channel has the From Partner Folder's Managed Folder Paths set to claims and claims/received. Home shows only an upload destination for claims/received and none for claims. Managed Folder Paths that are not inside one another (e.g., claims/received and claims/rejected) each have their own upload destination.
