Service Status Page
Files.com operates a Service Status Page that publishes platform availability incidents, affected services, and updates during response and recovery. The scope stated in each post helps you determine whether it applies to the services, region, or configuration your organization uses.
Page Excludes Minor or Customer-Specific Incidents
The page reflects the status of the overall Files.com system and does not necessarily include issues that only apply to specific customers or specific counterparties. For example, many of our customers use dedicated IPs, which are provisioned exclusively to that single customer.
We treat these customer-specific issues with the same urgency and work to resolve them as quickly as possible. All system-wide issues are posted to the status page.
If your workflow is affected, contact Support even if the status page shows normal operation or an incident has been marked resolved. Direct customer notices and security breach notifications follow the separate practices described in Incident Communications.
Subscribing to Notifications of Incidents
You can subscribe to notifications when we create, update, and resolve incidents, or change a component status on the Files.com status page. Some narrowly scoped posts are published without subscriber alerts, so a subscription does not deliver a notification for every posted incident.
These notifications can be delivered as a text message, email, webhook, or RSS Feed.
To receive the notifications, just click the Subscribe to updates button on our status page, choose the appropriate tab, and then enter your communication information.
Status-page subscriptions are separate from the account contacts Files.com selects for direct incident notices. Subscribing here does not designate you as a recipient for private incident or breach notices.
If you choose to receive Webhooks, we have documentation on what the webhooks will contain.
