Billable Outbound, AS2, and Files Agent Connections

We have structured our policies around Connections to be customer friendly and make it as easy as possible to manage your Connections to stay within any budget constraints that may apply while maximizing their value.

We try to be customer friendly with regard to billing matters. If there are specific issues with your bill as it relates to Connections, our billing team will be happy to help.

Outbound Connections

Outbound Connections refers to the count of Remote Server or AS2 Trading Partner that has been used for a transfer or connection via AS2, Automation, Sync, or Mount within the last 90 days.

Files Agent (On-Premise Agent) Connections

Files Agent connections refers to the count of unique Files.com Agents that have registered with or connected to your account within the last 90 days.

Billable Users

Unless you have a signed agreement with us allocating a certain number of Outbound and AS2 Connections and/or Files (On-Premise) Agents, each Outbound or AS2 Connection and Files (On-Premise) Agent also counts as a Billable User.
