Transformation and AI Credits
As we roll out new file transformation and native AI capabilities during 2026, we are also rolling out a concept called "Transformation and AI Credits”. Each plan comes with a certain number of credits included.
The Starter Plan comes with 100 miliion credits per month, and the Power Plan comes with 500 million credits per month. Additional credit usage will be billed at the rate of $0.10 per million credits or fraction thereof used in your Usage Period.
Due to the wide variety of cost across various AI models and transformation capabilities, different uses of these capabilities consume different amounts of credits. This chart shows the current cost in credits for each of our transformation and AI capabilities.

Image resizing and document conversions which occur as part of human use of the platform and not part of an Automation, AI, or API call are not charged.
