Updating Billing Information

Files.com makes it easy to update your billing information at any time.

Please note that you have to be a Site Administrator or have Billing Administration access to update billing information for your site. As an administrator, you can access the Billing page on your site to update your credit card information as well as the billing contact details.

If you need any assistance with billing, please send us an authenticated support request using the Contact support option from the menu at the top right.
