Files.com supports a separation of Billing accounts from system service accounts. It is possible to have consolidated billing for multiple service accounts.
It is also possible to split accounts that were previously merged. Files.com has many customers who previously were ExaVault or SmartFile customers who used to have merged billing and now wish to be unmerged. We are happy to help. Please contact us to make any changes to account mergers/splits.
The W9 form is a USA tax form used to communicate the corporate structure and Tax ID number of a business. It is requested by customers and is not submitted to the IRS.
