Cloud Storage

A Cloud Storage Remote Server connects a folder on your Files.com site to a bucket or container on a cloud object storage provider, including Amazon S3, Azure Blob Storage, Azure Files, Backblaze B2, Cloudflare, Filebase, Google Cloud Storage, an S3 Compatible endpoint, Wasabi, or Akamai Linode.

A Remote Server Mount or a Sync is how you bring one of these providers into Files.com. A Mount turns a Files.com folder into a real-time window onto the bucket. An upload, a delete, or a rename a user performs in that folder passes straight through to the provider. A Sync instead pushes or pulls files between your selected source and destination. Use a Mount when users or applications need to work with the bucket's contents as though they already lived on Files.com.
