Reports

Reports are pre-built data exports that cover the most common administrative needs: who has access to what, who logged in and when, which Share Links exist, and how storage is distributed across folders. Each report produces a CSV file you can download for offline analysis, compliance review, or import into another system.

Reports are useful when you need a snapshot of your site's state rather than a live log of events. Use them for periodic access reviews, security audits, onboarding and offboarding checks, or answering questions from auditors and compliance teams.

All reports are available to Site Administrators and Read-only Administrators.

Exports all Share Links on your site, including access, registration, and sharing activity. Use this when you need a full inventory of what has been shared from your site and with whom.

Permissions Report

Exports all user access across your site, including access provisioned through Group membership. The export is available in two orientations:

  • Group by user lists every path a given user can access, with one row per user-path combination. Use this to answer "what can this user access?"
  • Group by path lists every user who has access to a given path, with one row per path-user combination. Use this to answer "who can access this folder?"

Use this report for periodic access reviews, offboarding checks, or verifying that permissions match your intended configuration.

Login History Report

Exports all user login activity for a date range you specify. Use this for security reviews, investigating suspicious access, or satisfying compliance requirements that call for login evidence.

Group Membership Report

Exports Group membership details, including all users assigned to any Group and whether each user is a Group Admin for that group. Produces the same data as the Group Matrix display in the Groups section, formatted as a CSV for analysis or import.

Use this to audit group composition, verify that access provisioned through groups is correct, or produce a record of group structure at a point in time.

Export Site Usage by Folder

Exports storage utilization broken down by folder. Each row includes a folder's path, item count, and total storage size.

Configure the export before generating it:

  • Path sets the root folder. Defaults to the root of your site. Change this to scope the export to a specific subfolder.
  • Recursion controls which folders are included. Report only folders larger than N GB limits output to folders above a storage threshold, which keeps the file manageable on large sites. Report all nested folders includes every folder regardless of size and takes longer to generate.
  • Max Folder Depth limits how many levels of subfolders the export traverses. The default is 50. Lower this for a shallower export focused on top-level folders.
