The Files.com Mobile App is the iOS and Android app for accessing your Files.com site from a mobile device. Use it to browse, search, upload, and download files when you are away from the web app, and to capture photos and videos on your device and upload them directly to Files.com.
Capture and Upload Media on the Go
The app can capture photos and videos directly from your mobile device and upload them to Files.com. Captured media is then available from the web app and any other device connected to your site.
Capabilities
Browse through all your files and folders, or create new folders to stay organized. Search by name from the search bar to locate a specific file or folder.
Upload new files directly from your device, including documents, photos, videos, or any other file type. You can rename a file or folder, make a copy, move it to a different location, or delete it.
Generate Share Links within the mobile app for quick sharing via URL.
Assign a priority color to important items so you can quickly spot what matters most.
For offline access, download files to keep a copy on your device.
Authentication
The Files.com Mobile App includes secure authentication features to keep your Files.com site safe.
If you have permissions to a Child Site, you can connect to it when you log in.
2FA Support
The Files.com mobile app offers Two-factor authentication (2FA), supporting methods such as Authenticator Apps using TOTP and SMS text messages.
SSO Support
Files.com supports Single Sign-On (SSO) login with our iOS and Android mobile applications. To log in using SSO, select the appropriate SSO provider on the login screen.
Security
The Files.com Mobile App goes through regular vulnerability testing to find and fix potential issues. It is also part of our Security Bug Bounty Program, where outside researchers help us identify and resolve security problems.
User Privacy
The Files.com Mobile App follows our Privacy Policy. We do not collect your device's advertising identifier and do not share it with other companies for tracking across apps and websites.
