With the Files.com Model Context Protocol (MCP) Server, customers can connect AI applications turning your AI into a digital assistant for your Files.com site.

Future Direction for AI

We are working on several initiatives to add more AI capabilities to the Files.com platform and we will announce them at the time they launch. We commit to offering an ability to disable or restrict AI capabilities at the time they are launched.

Privacy with AI

We do not use any Site Content for training, fine-tuning, evaluating, or otherwise developing any artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) systems or models. This includes, but is not limited to, large language models (LLMs), generative AI applications, and predictive analytics.

Internal Use of AI

Our team uses AI responsibly to work smarter and faster. All use of AI is governed by our internal policies on responsible and acceptable use, which define permissible use cases, restrict what may be shared with AI platforms, and establish guidelines for reviewing and using AI-generated outputs. Customer files are never shared with AI systems.
