Connection Limits

Connection limits are designed to protect the integrity of the Files.com service and prevent bad actors from degrading the quality of your service. These limits are intentionally set higher than normal business use, and properly configured systems will never encounter connection limits.

Do not attempt more than 25 simultaneous parallel connections from any one IP address. Because even devices with high bandwidth capability do not see meaningful speed improvements from that level of parallelization, it is not allowed. These limits are handled automatically when you use one of our client applications or SDKs.
