Unlocking Users

A Site Administrator can unlock any user on the site. A Workspace Administrator can unlock users within their Workspace.

When a user account becomes locked due to repeated failed login attempts, its Status column will reflect that the account is locked and an Unlock option will become available under the Actions column.
