Retrieve IP Lists

You can use our CLI App to access the IP Address Listings in a programmatic manner. In addition to retrieving the data, you can change the output format to create a CSV or JSON file for importing into another system.

Get Reserved IPs Listing

files-cli ip-addresses get-reserved

Get SmartFile Reserved IP Addresses

Use this command if your account is migrated from SmartFile and configured to use the SmartFile host key for SFTP:

files-cli ip-addresses get-smartfile-reserved

All of the SmartFile reserved addresses are contained within the Files.com owned IP range; if you have whitelisted the owned IP range, you will not need to also whitelist the SmartFile reserved IPs.

Get ExaVault Reserved IP Addresses

Use this command if your account is migrated from ExaVault and configured to use the ExaVault host key:

files-cli ip-addresses get-exavault-reserved
