Priority Colors
Priority color is a tagging option for files and folders that lets teams organize and visually differentiate items by priority, project stage, confidentiality, or department function.
Color tags display to all users in both the web interface and the mobile application. Acceptable color values are red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, pink, indigo, and violet.
Priority colors can track file statuses in a workflow. Set the color to red to indicate follow-up is required, or green to show a file has been reviewed. Other common uses include marking high-priority items, categorizing by project stage, and distinguishing sensitive files.
Priority color cannot be automatically assigned to files or folders. Contact us if your business needs this capability.
