Other Sync Settings

In addition to the settings that change the behavior of your sync, the Name and Description field make managing syncs easier.

Sync Name

The Name of your sync will be displayed within the web interface wherever the sync is referenced, such as in Sync Logs, External Logs, Run Sync Automations and Outbound Connections Logs.

Description

The Description stores a human-readable summary of important information.

You might include: what procedures to follow or who to contact if a Remote Server is offline; the reason the sync was configured; or what volume of transfer is expected.
