Outbound Emails

Files.com can send email notifications about activity on your site. This log shows a list of the email notifications that were sent.

We retain these logs for 180 days.

Details Recorded in Outbound Emails Logs

Each entry in the outbound emails log includes the following details.

Column	Details
Date	Time when the email was sent.
Subject	Subject of the email.
To	Receiver of the email in the To field.
Cc	Receiver of the email in the Cc field.
Delivery Method	Delivery method of the email. This is `custom_smtp` when a custom SMTP server is configured for your site.
SMTP Hostname	Custom SMTP server's hostname.
SMTP IP	Custom SMTP server's IP.
Message	Log message.
Status	Status of each outbound email action: Success, Suppressed, or Failure.
