Inbound Emails

This log displays emails received for your Inboxes that are configured with an email address, providing valuable information for auditing senders and the attachments they deliver to your inboxes. It helps you determine whether attachments were successfully uploaded or failed due to domain whitelisting rules, invalid file types, or other issues.

The Inbound Emails log includes details including the date the email was received, the associated Inbox title, the sender’s email address and name, the transaction status (Success, Failed, or Skipped), attachment information with file names, and the email body.

We retain these logs for 30 days.
