Legacy Non-Owned IP Addresses
Files.com has exclusively used some IP addresses that are owned by Amazon Web Services. This includes addresses for all operational regions and service types. When the March 2, 2026 transition to the Owned IP Block is complete, the legacy non-owned IP Addresses will no longer be used.
Standard Non-Owned IP Address Block
The standard non-owned IP address block was widely used before Files.com purchased our owned IP address range 198.72.80.0/20, which includes all addresses from 198.72.80.0 through 198.72.95.255.
Until March 2, 2026, whitelist both the Files.com owned IP range and the AWS IP list below. After that date, only the owned range will be needed.
