What You’ll Actually Do
- Coach & Develop Talent: Work 1:1 and in group sessions with your AEs, sharpening their ability to run discovery, position strategically, and close high-value enterprise deals.
- Own Pipeline Productivity: Ensure AEs consistently hit and exceed quota — and treat their performance like your personal responsibility.
- Diagnose & Intervene: Spot underperformance fast, identify root causes, and design tactical fixes that get results.
- Enforce Discipline: Hold the line on CRM accuracy, pipeline hygiene, and sales methodology — knowing quality at the top drives everything downstream.
- Lead From the Trenches: Stay embedded in AE workflows — shadowing calls, reviewing live opportunities, and stepping into deals to model best practices.
- Guide Deal Strategy: Help your team expand scope thoughtfully, demonstrate ROI across departments, and close multi-stakeholder contracts.
What Success Looks Like
- Your AEs consistently hit or exceed their quotas, with a healthy balance of new logos and multi-year enterprise contracts.
- Opportunities in the pipeline are clean, well-qualified, and accurately forecasted.
- Account Executives under your guidance become sharper every quarter — growing into consultative sellers capable of running complex enterprise deals.
- Your coaching translates directly into measurable performance improvements — higher conversion rates, bigger deal sizes, and faster sales cycles.
- Customers walk away from first meetings with a clear sense of Files.com’s value, trusting your team as true partners in solving mission-critical problems.
- The sales leadership team sees you as a multiplier — someone who raises the bar for talent, execution, and revenue impact.
