The Onboarding Engineer at Files.com is the architect of first value — the technical guide who takes a customer from “contract signed” to “production-ready, mission-critical deployment.” This is not traditional “customer success” or “training.” It is hands-on engineering with enterprise IT teams to design workflows, integrate systems, and launch Files.com into production with confidence.

The Onboarding Manager is ultimately accountable for multiplying the impact of the Onboarding team — creating a culture of technical excellence, ownership, and high performance that ensures Files.com customers don’t just launch, but launch strong.
