Jere runs Finance at Files.com. Previously VP of Finance at M-Files, where he helped scale the business through major growth initiatives. 15+ years across Robotics and SaaS. BA in Business Administration from Flagler College.
Joe runs Legal, People Operations, and the rest of the operations side of the company. Previously legal counsel for ITV America, overseeing business and legal affairs for dozens of television shows. BS, BA from Penn State; JD from Penn State Law.

Sean runs Information Security and Compliance at Files.com. Former Naval Cryptologist (8 years on submarines, Qualified in Submarines in 1993). Previously owner of InterSource Computer Services and Systems Operations Manager at Geriatric Practice Management. Teaches cybersecurity certification classes on the side.
