We hire three kinds of people.

Builders

People who build the platform and all the systems that run the company. Engineers, yes, but not just engineers — nearly all of our senior VPs are builders here too. Authors of skills, orchestrators of agent fleets, builders of the automations the rest of the company runs on.

Operators

People who operate the systems in a function, bringing trusted human judgement when it matters — the way a pilot operates the airplane. Finance, Legal, Product, Customer Experience, People Operations, and Marketing all have operators. Operators turn strategy into shipped work, decide when the data isn't conclusive, and own the result either way. Senior Operators are VPs of their function.

Closers

People who finish the moments that matter. The Strategic AE who lands a seven-figure deal after fourteen meetings. The Sales Engineer who turns skepticism into trust on a critical demo. They run the deal from first call to signed contract, hold the line on terms, and own the customer relationship. Their work is irreplaceable because the moments are. Senior Closers run revenue.
