Transferring an AWS Elastic IP Address

Files.com supports the transfer-in of Elastic IP Addresses on Amazon Web Services in any of our supported AWS regions.

This feature is available exclusively to customers on Enterprise plans and requires approval and coordination with the Files.com team. Extra charges will apply if the IP address is registered in a region that isn't one of the seven AWS regions where we already maintain proxy infrastructure.
