Other client apps are third-party tools that can connect to Files.com when you can't use a Files.com-native app or when a specific tool is already part of your workflow.
Reach for these tools when you need to standardize on an existing toolchain (backup software, rsync-style workflows, or vendor-neutral sync tools), integrate with systems that already rely on protocol clients such as FTP, SFTP, or WebDAV, or run workflows in environments where installing the Desktop App is not possible.
