Day 1: Discovery
We start by figuring out where your files live and how they move.
Together, we map your current systems, your file transfer workflows, and what you're trying to accomplish, then pin down what matters most.
We get a full picture of your setup and what you need, including:

- Setting up SSO or your preferred IdP

Day 5: Go Live
Today you switch from testing to running for real.
We move your Files.com environment into full production, watch every workflow, and stay on hand to help the moment anything comes up — so the switch happens cleanly.
Our forward deployed engineers stay close during go-live to check performance, help your team get comfortable, and make sure everyone is up and running.
By the end of Day 5, your platform is live, tuned, and handling your business securely.
