Files.com provides a Partner Connector for several iPaaS platforms, with new connectors in development for additional platforms.

Our connectors manage files, folders, share links, user accounts, and groups. The exact functionality differs from platform to platform.

The connectors use our APIs directly, which makes them faster and more reliable than legacy file transfer methods like SFTP or FTP. They include auto-retry behavior and higher throughput than those protocols offer.

iPaaS platforms offer visual, no-code interfaces for building integrations through browser-based UIs, so customers can set up processes and automations without custom coding. Our connectors are designed to fit that model.

Leading iPaaS platforms ship pre-built connectors to thousands of business applications, including Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP, Workday, AWS, and ServiceNow. Connecting Files.com to an iPaaS platform makes Files.com available to every application that platform already supports.

Once iPaaS processes are connected to Files.com, customers can use the full set of Files.com Managed File Transfer features alongside them: the web UI, automation, secure transfer protocols (SFTP, FTP, AS2, and others), remote sync, and remote mounting.

Customers can also use our security and authentication options to extend the input and output of their iPaaS processes to external partners, vendors, and customers. MFA, SSO, and key-based authentication can authorize external submissions before iPaaS processes collect them.
