Automation and Flow
Automation and Flow logs record system-driven activity across your site: automation runs, sync executions, and sync run summaries. Each log type captures a different level of detail, from high-level execution outcomes to per-event records of individual file operations.
Use these logs to monitor automated workflows, verify that scheduled transfers completed as expected, and investigate failures when an automation or sync does not produce the expected result.
Logs in This Section
Automations Logs record the status and outcome of every automation run triggered on your site. Each entry includes the operation type, source and destination paths, execution timing, and run status. An Automation Run ID links to the detailed log for individual actions within that run, which is useful for inspecting error conditions and informational messages.
Syncs Logs record individual Sync events that occur as part of scheduled transfers between source and destination locations. Each entry covers a specific operation performed during a sync, including the associated Sync configuration, operation type, timing, and outcome.
Sync Runs Logs represent a single execution of a Sync configuration and summarize the overall result of all Sync events in that run. For per-action detail on what was performed against remote servers or on-premise agents, see Outbound Connections.
