Share Links Usage
The Share Links Access Logs show the registration and file activity for the selected Share Link. Preview actions are not included in the log.
Share Link download and action records are retained for seven years from creation, including activity on links that have since been revoked. A deleted Share Link's own record has a separate seven-year period measured from deletion. Inactive Links remain available as read-only history during that period.

The table below lists the columns available in the Share Link Access Logs.

| Date | Time when the activity occurred. |
| Path | Path of the file for the activity. For snapshot share links, the path will not match your Activity History. |
| Registrant | The name or email of the visitor, if the Share Link requires registration. |
| Action | Action types such as Registration, Create, Delete, Download, etc. |
| Source | For Copy or Move action types, the source file path. |
| Destination | For Copy or Move action types, the destination file path. |
| IP | The visitor's IP address |
File activity generated by external contacts using Share Links is also captured in the Site Activity History. Because it is not associated with a logged-in user, no username appears in the Site Activity History for this type of activity.
