Transferring an AWS Elastic IP Address

Files.com supports the transfer-in of Elastic IP Addresses on Amazon Web Services in any of our supported AWS regions.

This feature is available exclusively to customers on Enterprise plans and requires approval and coordination with the Files.com team. Extra charges apply if the IP address is registered in a region that isn't one of the seven AWS regions where we already maintain proxy infrastructure.

To begin the transfer, contact your Account Manager or Files.com Support. Our team will coordinate the migration with you.
