Billable Outbound, AS2, and Files Agent Connections

Files.com counts Outbound Connections and Files Agent Connections on a rolling 90-day window. This page defines each count and how they relate to Billable Users. If you have questions about your bill, our billing team can help.

Outbound Connections

Outbound Connections is the count of unique Remote Servers and AS2 Trading Partners that have been used for a transfer or connection via AS2, Automation, Sync, or Mount within the last 90 days.

Files Agent (On-Premise Agent) Connections

Files Agent connections refers to the count of unique Files.com Agents that have registered with or connected to your account within the last 90 days.

Billable Users

Unless you have a signed agreement with us allocating a certain number of Outbound and AS2 Connections and/or Files (On-Premise) Agents, each Outbound or AS2 Connection and Files (On-Premise) Agent also counts as a Billable User.
