Timeout Errors or Network Issues
Automation workflow triggers or actions can fail due to network-related issues. When Files.com detects a timeout or network problem, the failure is recorded in the logs.
If an automation is not running as expected and no errors appear in the Files.com logs, the cause may be a network issue connecting to remote servers. This happens when multiple network segments exist between the source and destination locations of the automation workflow.
Confirm that the sync or mount connections are active in Files.com, and verify network connectivity between the source and destination.
