Troubleshooting Automations
Automations can fail in several ways. A failure can affect every file in a run or only some files, leaving the rest transferred successfully. The Automation logs record a detailed error message for each failure that identifies the cause. When a run is marked Failure or Partial Failure, Automations Retry Logic describes how Files.com retries it automatically.
