Automated Actions

Automated Actions logs provide visibility into all system driven activities executed across the site. These logs capture execution status, outcomes, and operational details to support monitoring, troubleshooting, and auditing of automated workflows.

Automated Actions include Automations, Syncs, and Sync Run logs, each representing a different level of execution and detail. Together, they provide both high level summaries and detailed, per action insights into automated behavior.

Automations logs record the status and details of all automation runs triggered on the site. They capture information about each automation execution, including operation types, source and destination paths, execution timing, and run status. Each automation run includes an Automation Run ID that links to detailed logs for individual actions, enabling deeper inspection of informational messages and error conditions.

Syncs logs record individual Sync events that occur as part of scheduled file and folder transfers between source and destination locations. Each Sync event represents a specific operation and includes details about the associated Sync configuration, operation type, execution timing, and outcome.

Sync Run logs represent a single execution of a Sync configuration and summarize the overall outcome of all Sync events that occurred during that run. For high level execution results, Sync Run logs provide a consolidated view. For detailed, per action activity performed against remote servers or on premise agents, Outbound Connections logs provide additional granularity.
