Sync Runs

The Syncs Runs section of the Automated Actions logs lets you view the overall status of each Sync Run across your site.

If you are looking for the detailed individual actions performed with your Remote Servers or Files.com on-premise agents, refer to the Outbound Connections logs.

These details are available in the Sync logs:

ColumnDetails
IDThe ID number of the Sync Run. This links you to the Sync Run details, so you can view the individual operations for that run.
StatusThe overall status of the Sync Run. Possible values are Success, Failure, Partial failure, In progress, Skipped.
Created AtWhen the Sync Run was created.
Updated AtWhen the Sync Run was updated.
Sync IDID of the Sync. Clicking the Sync ID will take you to the Sync's page, where you can view the details of the Sync configuration.
Completed AtWhen the Sync Run finished.
Source Remote Server TypeThe type of server that is being used as the source.
Destination Remote Server TypeThe type of server that is being used as the destination.
Compared FilesNumber of files that were compared during the sync run.
Successful FilesNumber of files successfully synced during the sync run.
Errored FilesNumber of files that were not successfully synced during the sync run due to an error.
Compared FoldersNumber of folders compared during the sync run.
Bytes SyncedNumber of bytes transferred by the sync run.
Runtime (sec)How many seconds the entire sync run took to complete.
Event ErrorsDetails of errors from the Sync Run.
