Pending Work Events record failures and outcomes from file preprocessing operations. These events occur when files require transformation before they are available on the platform, such as GPG encryption or decryption applied by a Folder Behavior.

We retain these logs for 90 days.

Event Types

Pending Work events record each preprocessing operation and its result. A failure event indicates that the transformation did not complete successfully, along with any associated error details.

Admin Email Alerts

Site Administrators can receive email alerts for pending work failures through the Pending work failures preference in their account settings. This preference covers failure and partial-failure events.

Details Recorded in Pending Work Events

Each Pending Work Event entry includes the following columns.

Column	Details
ID	ID of the event. Click on the ID to see more details.
Status	Status of the operation: Success, Failure, or Partial_failure.
Folder Behavior	The Folder Behavior that triggered the preprocessing operation.
Date	Time the event occurred.
