Pending Work Events
Pending Work Events record failures from file preprocessing operations. These events occur when files require transformation before they are available on the platform, such as GPG encryption or decryption applied by a folder setting.
We retain these logs for 90 days.
Event Types
Pending Work events record failed preprocessing operations. A failure event indicates that the transformation did not complete successfully, along with any associated error details. Successful preprocessing operations do not create a Pending Work event; the resulting file appears in Folder History instead.
Admin Email Alerts
Site Administrators can receive email alerts for pending work failures through the Pending work failures preference in their account settings. This preference covers failure and partial-failure events.
