Inbound Emails
The Inbound Emails log records emails received for your Inboxes that are configured with an email address. Use it to audit senders, see the attachments they delivered, and confirm whether each attachment uploaded or failed because of domain whitelisting rules, invalid file types, or other reasons.
Each entry includes the date the email was received, the associated Inbox title, the sender's email address and name, the transaction status (Success, Failed, or Skipped), attachment information with file names, and the email body.
We retain these logs for 30 days.
