Usage Logs help administrators understand how people use the site's sharing and receiving features and how that activity contributes to resource consumption. They support questions such as whether recipients downloaded a delivery, whether an Inbox received submissions, or why storage or transfer usage changed.

An individual Share Link or Inbox provides the context for reviewing its activity. A download record shows access to the shared file; preview actions are not included in Share Link usage. Inbox activity and registration records serve different purposes: receiving a file and collecting the uploader's details are separate events.

Site-wide usage provides a broader view for capacity planning and investigating unexpected growth. Review the period and resource involved before comparing usage with a particular delivery or workflow. This helps distinguish a question about one recipient's activity from a question about the site's overall consumption.
