Billing Accounts

Files.com supports separating Billing accounts from system service accounts. Consolidated billing for multiple service accounts is supported.

Accounts that were previously merged can also be split. Many customers who migrated from ExaVault or SmartFile have merged billing and want it unmerged. Contact us to make any changes to account mergers or splits.

W9 Form

The W9 form is a USA tax form used to communicate the corporate structure and Tax ID number of a business. It is requested by customers and is not submitted to the IRS.
