File Size Limitations

Files.com native storage supports individual files up to 5 TB. Some features and remote server integrations support smaller maximums.

GPG Encryption and Decryption

GPG Encryption and Decryption operate on files up to a maximum size of 5 GB.

Remote Server Maximum File Sizes

Each integration vendor imposes its own maximum file size. Copying, moving, or syncing an item larger than a vendor's supported size to that vendor's storage fails.

Backblaze supports files larger than 5 TB, but those files cannot be copied, synced, or moved to Files.com native storage.

The maximum file size for a Box integration depends on the Box plan.

Files.com Editor

The maximum file size for editing documents and spreadsheets is 950 MB. Presentation files are limited to 150 MB.

Microsoft Office for the Web
