IP Address Changes

This is a brief message to let you know that BrickFTP has updated the list of IP addresses that we make use of. If you or your users restrict outbound access via a firewall, please whitelist all of these IP addresses for ports 80, 443, 21, 22, and 990, as well as FTP data ports 40000-50000. Any required firewall changes should be made by April 1st.

Amazon Outage Causing Failures (Resolved)

Update at 5:05 PM ET: As promised, an "all clear" update regarding this Amazon S3 downtime event. Amazon has been hard at work at a fix for their S3 problems and although they have not yet announced a fix, our internal monitoring shows our customers having success with all operation types.

Announcing Google Login Support

Expanding the options for Single Sign On with BrickFTP continues to be one of our most requested features. Today we're excited to announce the availability of "Log In With Google" support for the web interface of BrickFTP. If your users have a Gmail or Google Apps account, they can now log in to BrickFTP with a single click of the "Log in with Google" button from your site's login page.
