Receive Partner Files Over SFTP
Trading partners, banks, and suppliers send to one Files.com endpoint over SFTP, FTPS, FTP, or HTTPS, with per-partner credentials and an audit record on every transfer.
See File TransferInfor integrates with the outside world through file-based connectors and Infor ION. Trading partners, banks, and suppliers exchange flat files and EDI over SFTP — purchase orders, invoices, ship notices, and bank files arriving inbound, master-data and settlement feeds going back out. The part that breaks is rarely the Infor side; it is collecting files from partners who each send a different format on a different schedule.
Files.com is the SFTP front door for that exchange. Partners send to your Files.com site over SFTP, FTPS, or HTTPS; an Automation decrypts and validates each file, converts X12 or EDIFACT EDI and partner flat files into the shape Infor expects, and stages it where ION or the file connector reads it. The same flow runs in reverse for what Infor writes out — picked up, encrypted, and delivered to each partner with a full record of what went where.

See PGP EncryptionAn Automation renames, splits, and routes each feed to the right partner or interface folder and retries on failure, with a complete log of every file moved.
